Refund Policy
If you call 15 business days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given minus admin fee. If you call 10 to 14 business days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned. If you call 9 or fewer business days before, no refund will be given. A 10% administration fee will be charged for all refunds requested. A team can request that their entry be rolled into a future event and the administration fee will be waived. The AZ spring Championships are excluded from this refund policy
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: There is a chance this tournament could be rained out. (Yes, even in Arizona.) Please be aware that 10% of the entry fee will be kept to cover administrative costs if the tournament is cancelled. Teams that play one game will receive a 50% refund, and teams that play two or more games will not receive a refund. In the event of a complete rainout, teams will be given the option to transfer their entry to another Triple Crown event in AZ or Southern California or receive a refund less a $50 administration fee.
